For how long you have been in this business?
We started our journey, with the grace of Allah Almighty in 2020, by offering online mangoes under the brand name Chughtai Royale Mangoes. Within a short span, our business prospered and we decided to sell sweet desserts and other organic foodstuff.
From where do you operate?
We are operating our business from Multan, the City of Saints & land of Mangoes is located in Southern Punjab, Pakistan.
Do you accept return or exchanges?
As we are dealing in perishable commodities (food items) that deteriorate over specific time, we cannot have a return or exchange policy in our business. However, if we have committed a mistake, we are obliged to compensate it.
Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?
Yes! We allow refunds for the change of mind. However, we cannot entertain you once we have dispatched your order.
Do you ship packages internationally?
We are currently shipping only in Pakistan but in near future we intend to sell our products internationally as well.
